Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call us at any of our three locations and your Account Representative will guide you through the claims process.

After Regular Business Hours

If you need to contact us after hours, call 607-754-1411. Our Automated Attendant will answer. Press "1" to leave a voicemail message in our Emergency Claim mailbox, including your name, the phone number at which you may be reached, and your address. Our Emergency Claims Representative will call you right back to assist you.
