- Commercial Account Representative - The Partners Insurance and
Financial Services Agency is looking for a motivated individual who
is eager to join the staff of a growing independent insurance
agency. The position will be located in our Vestal office.
- The position of Commercial Account Representative will
include the following responsibilities:
- Service- handle large volume of on-demand calls and respond to
the clients' needs on a timely basis. Remarketing, renewal
processing, billing, endorsements, claims, certificates and
coverage questions. Able to work accurately and independently and
manage multiple demands.
- Claims- handle intake, reporting to carrier, coordination
between client and carrier as needed
- Marketing- handle the marketing of existing and
additional policies for your clients. Ability to quote with
multiple carriers, analyze quotes and coverage, prepare proposals.
Work in conjunction with producer and/or independently in
presentation to client.
- Candidate should have 3-5 years experience in commercial lines
with an independent agency. Must have active NYS property casualty
license. Familiarity with AMS, Office, and insurance company
systems.
